Symptom
- After completing the welcome message task, the manager’s welcome card displays an extra character.
- The behavior occurs only when a token used in the welcome message contains a comma.
- No error messages or error codes are shown.
Example:
Token JobTitle without special characters in the welcome card for the manager:
However, when there is a comma in the job title, system is adding a backslash "\" within before the comma within the job title.
Actual Job Title is "Analyst, Consultant / Worker" but the card shows "Analyst\, Consultant / Worker"

Reproducing the Issue
- Configure a welcome message that includes a token whose value contains a comma.
- Complete the welcome message task.
- Open or view the manager’s welcome card.
- Observe that an extra character is present in the card content.
Cause
This is a known issue.
Resolution
Product Engineering is investigating a solution. We will update the patch details shortly here.

Workaround
The only workaround would be to remove the token and resubmit the task.
