3756452 - Passar Export Declaration: “Item” field for eGeneral Permit defaults to "0" instead of "1"

Symptom

In Switzerland Passar export declarations, the document “Item” field for eGeneral Permit licenses (for example OGB/AGB) is populated with value "0" in the customs declaration.

This behaviour can occur:

  • when the license is assigned at header level
  • when the license is assigned at item level

Customers may expect the value to default to "1" based on business or Passar requirements.

No customizing setting can be found to change the default value from "0" to "1".
