3756515 - Assign template option is missing in system monitoring for convergent charging

Cannot assign template for a Database in step 6 "Setup Monitoring" of the System Monitoring configuration. When attempting to assign templates,

there are no templates to select. The only data displayed is "the table does not contain any data".
