3756516 - Error “Monitoring Step Should Be Configured After the Initiate Policies Step” in Manage Payroll Activities

When creating activities in Manage Payroll Activities, the system issues the error:
“Monitoring step should be configured after the Initiate Policies step.”

The error occurs because the required Initiate Policies step has not been defined before adding a Monitoring step.

In addition, if an activity includes a Monitoring step, a policy must be assigned to the activity. Without assigned policies, the system cannot execute the monitoring step, resulting in the error.

Please create the Policies to group the validation rules. This allows you to assign policies to activities that include a Monitoring step during the activity list configuration.

Ensure that:

1. Policies are defined and contain the required validation rules.
2. The Initiate Policies step is included in the payroll activity.
3. Policies are correctly assigned before configuring the Monitoring step.
