3756581 - Warehouse task creation with "/scwm/to_create_whr" blocked in background for wave-managed deliveries

Symptom

  • Creating a Warehouse Task (WT) via function module /SCWM/TO_CREATE_WHR fails when the delivery is assigned to a wave.
  • Creating a Warehouse Task  in background mode is not possible, system raises warning message /SCWM/TO_WHR018.
