3756635 - RFOPENPOSTING_FR error FINS_ACDOC_POST 096 for bank reconciliation accounts

Symptom

When running the program Open Post Opening Balances - France (FAGL_FR_03) / RFOPENPOSTING_FR in update mode, the system raises error FINS_ACDOC_POST 096: "House bank account ... in company code ... doesn't exist."
No error is raised in test run mode.
Issue observed for bank reconciliation accounts during posting of opening balances for France.
