The need to cancel an agreement may arise for various reasons such as ending a contract that is no longer valid, resolving disputes or breaches of contract, or updating the terms and conditions of the agreement. ICI provides an option to mark an agreement as 'Cancelled' at certain stages of an agreement. The stages at which an agreement could be 'Cancelled' and the users who have rights to cancel an Agreement could also be determined by 'Role Action Mapping'.
