Symptom

Sales order (or quote) replication from S/4HANA to Sales and Service Cloud version 2 is failing with error messages: "Enter party ID or party display ID" or "Account is Mandatory.". The inbound payload shows standard parties (for example, ship-to, bill-to, payer), but message processing still fails.
