How to create story report on Dynamic Teams Objective data without being a team member?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Dynamic Teams 1H 2026

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Provide RBP permission "Access to Dynamic Teams Data in Story Reports" to admin who is not a team member of Dynamic Team
  2. Create story report on Dynamic Teams schema
  3. Select Objective related columns
  4. Run report
  5. Objective data is not visible

Cause

This is expected system behavior. "Access to Dynamic Teams Data in Story Reports" permission does not provide access to Objective data in Story reports

Resolution

  • Provide to admin the RBP permission: Unconditional access to complete organizational data in Story reports, if this approach aligns with your security and compliance policies
  • Alternatively, add the admin as a member of the specific Dynamic Teams that they need to generate story reports on
