3756675 - Tax amount discrepancy between "Price Totals" and "Service Contract Item Details" - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In a service contract item, the Tax Amount in the "Price Totals" assignment block shows a different value from it in the "Service Contract Item Details".

This is the current system design that the calculation logic is different between these amounts.

1. The "Net Value" and "Gross Value" in the header "Service Contract Details" are cumulated from items.
2. The "Net Value", "Gross Value" and "Tax Amount" in the header "Price Total" are from the price details results, while pricing engine cumulates all price details of all billing request lines for SCN1 and SCN2 items, and item price details of SCN3 items.
3. The "Net Value", "Gross Value" and "Tax Amount" in "Service Contract Item Details" are cumulated from the "Billing Value", "Gross Value" and "Tax Amount" of the billing plan.
4. The "Net Value", "Gross Value" and "Tax Amount" in the item "Price Total" are from the price details results at the item level.

According to the Cause part, the tax amount for the service contract item is accumulated from the billing request lines of the item (Billing Plan), while the item's price details are statistical. 
The actual billing amount is always from the billing request lines. The discrepancy in the tax amount will be resolved when the billing document request is generated, as the tax will be redetermined at that stage.
