3756691 - "Task details are unavailable due to missing task type" error in Task Center for S/4HANA items

Symptom

  • Item details are not shown in Task Center for S/4HANA items and error message appears: "Task details are unavailable due to missing task type. Please contact your administrator for assistance or view the details in the task provider system."
  • When clicking Open in App opens and displays the task successfully in My Inbox.
  • Note 3740937 was implemented and the task cache was repopulated, but the issue persists.
