3756704 - SUM error at configuration roadmap: 'cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory'

An error is reported in SUM configuration phase.

Verification with 'ls' command reveals that the library exists at the mentioned location and displays also the access rights:

ls -al <...>/SUM/abap/bin_s4/dbhdbsqldbc226.so
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root xxxxx MMM DD YYYY <...>/SUM/abap/bin_s4/dbhdbsqldbc226.so

The access rights are incorrect; they are set to root:root instead of <sid>adm:sapsys.
