3756752 - DRC Peru: Purchase Ledger report shows generated successfully but output file is empty

Peru Purchase Ledger report (PE_PURCHASE_LEDGER) shows status "Generated successfully" but the report file is 0 bytes.

1. Open the Run Statutory Reports app.
2. Execute the Peru Purchase Ledger report (PE_PURCHASE_LEDGER).
3. Observe the report is generated successfully, but the report file is 0 byte.

The issue is caused by a system error.

The permanent solution is planned to be deployed within the Hotfix Collection 2026 HFC12, which will be available in your system on 14 June 2026.

Workaround

Refer to the attached file "Workaround Options.pdf" as a temporary workaround. There are three options described in the attached file. This should help mitigate the issue until the official update is available.
