3756755 - Inconsistent App Launch For Data Collection Task

In Test system, the Data Collection task opens the Import Reported Data app while in Production or Development system, it opens the Flexible Upload app.

S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In Data Monitor app you execute the Data Collection task.

In Test system,  this action opens the Import Reported Data app.

In Production or Development system, this action opens the Flexible Upload app.

The Import Reported Data app (app ID: F7742) replaces the Flexible Upload of Reported Financial Data feature in the data monitor. Once you start a Data Collection task in Test, Update Run or Test with Original List mode, the system navigates to the Import Reported Data app.

The Import Reported Data app is controlled by the activation of feature toggle FINCS_DTXI_INTEGRATE_IRD_TO_DM and for an unknown reason, this feature toggle is not activated in your Production system.

Using transaction FTG_EXTERNAL, activate toggle FINCS_DTXI_INTEGRATE_IRD_TO_DM to solve the inconsistency in app when run Data Collection task.
