3756785 - labels not appearing fully on "Add Comment" window- Redesign candidate workbench

• In the “Add Comment Selected Applicants” section, the column header “Name” is displayed as “Nam”.
• The “status” header is only partially visible.
• This occurs on smaller screens (not on large displays).

1. Open the application in the latest workbench. 
2. Click on three dots and select Add Comments.
3. Observe that the "Name" and "status" text is not displayed fully when resolution is more than 80%.

Accessibility (a11y) issue: UI does not adapt properly to different screen sizes.

A Jira bug ticket RCM-159979 was created to make code fix for B2611, which will be released on 12-Oct-2026 for Preview and on 13-Nov-2026 for Production.
