3756797 - Tax values are being double counted in the total NF tax values

Symptom

In outgoing Nota Fiscal, tax values are being double counted in the total NF tax values for sales documents, even when the condition type is marked as statistical.

The expected result is that the tax value is included only once in the total tax value of the Nota Fiscal.
