3756825 - Keyword Search Logic for Bookmarks and Request for Me Sections

As part of the 2H 2025 release, a keyword search was introduced on the View All pages of the different sections of the Learning Home Page. The Bookmarks and Request for Me section have a bit different logic as to what keywords work and the expected search results.

Bookmarks

In the Bookmarks section, six different sort of cards can populate.

• External Links, Collections, and Quickguides
  • The keyword search will only work based off the title of the records
• Items, Curricula, and Programs
  • The keyword search will work with either the ID or titles of the records

Requests for Me

There are six different types of cards that can appear in this section.

• Observations and Surveys
  • The keyword search will work with the Item ID, title, or requestor's name
• Complete Verification - within this there are two different types of verifications
  • External Events
    • The keyword search will only work with requestor's name
  • Internal Events
    • The keyword search will work with ID or title
• E-signature - within this there are two different types of verifications
  • External Events
    • The keyword search will only work with requestor's name
  • Internal Events
    • The keyword search will work with ID or title
• External Learning Requests
  • The keyword search will only work with requestor's name
