DB2 database disk I/O errors can cause automatic REORG operations to fail.
Reported errors may include SQL10004C (An I/O error occurred while accessing the database or database directory, SQLSTATE=58031),
DIA8402C (A disk error has occurred), SQLO_DERR (disk error occurred (DOS)), and OSERR EIO (5) entries recorded in the db2diag.log
