3756833 - OpenAPI: Missing user attributes when calling the SAP Ariba SCIM API

Symptom

  • There are user attributes which I see in the Ariba User Interface that are not being returned by the SAP Ariba SCIM API.
  • The SCIM Ariba API response for a user does not include billing (bill-to) and shipping (ship-to) address details.
  • No error message is returned; the attributes are simply missing from the response.
