Symptom

  • When trying to read from Remote Tables in SAP Datasphere, error ORA-00911 occurs.
  • The connection is configured using Generic JDBC connection type (CamelJDBCAdapter) to Oracle DB.
  • DP Agent logs show:
    • DPFramework | AsyncHandler.processStreamingExecuteStatement [] - AH(478): com.sap.hana.dp.adapter.sdk.AdapterException: [Adapter error] Camel execution failed. Reason: ORA-00911: invalid character
