3756857 - Error when enabling or disabling Analytic Cards in Manage Home Page

When attempting to enable or disable Analytic Cards via Manage Home Page, one of the following error messages is displayed:

• "Card couldn’t be disabled. Please try again later."
• "Card couldn’t be enabled. Please try again later."

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 1H 2026

1. Go to Manage Home Page > Analytic Cards.
2. Attempt to enable or disable any Analytic Card.
3. The error message is displayed and the action does not complete.
   

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.

Workaround

Option 1: Perform the action with a user who has both of the following permissions already assigned:

• Manage System Properties > Manage Home Page
• Manage System Properties > Configure People Profile

Option 2: Verify whether the user has the Manage System Properties > Configure People Profile permission assigned to their role. If the permission is missing, grant it temporarily to allow the Analytic Card to be enabled or disabled.
