3756866 - No time account options available when creating a payout request

• When initiating a payout request in account payouts, the time account selection shows no options.
• The dropdown for time account is blank during payout creation.

SAP SuccessFactors Time Off

1. Go to Administer Time.
2. Open Account Payouts.
3. Start creating a payout request for a user.
4. Observe that the Time Account dropdown has no selectable options.

The Time Account Types assigned to the user are not configured with Payout Eligibility set to Eligible.

1. Navigate to the configuration for Time Account Types.
2. For each Time Account Type that should allow payout, set:
3.  Payout Eligibility > set as not enable or no configuration.

Please configure set the payout eligibility as yes and configured accordingly.
