3756875 - Self-signed certificates not allowed for communication users during DRC integration – SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

  • When uploading a client certificate in the "Maintain Communication Users" app, the error appears as "Self-signed certificates are not allowed".
  • Need to enable certificate-based (x.509) authentication for "Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC)" integration.
  • The available service binding provides only OAuth clientId/clientSecret and not the x.509 certificate.
