3756878 - Performance form latest form experience: competency section not displays all details

Symptom

The competency section is displayed in a collapsed state and requires a click to view and edit rating fields.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the instance
  2. Navigate to Performance Management
  3. Open any PM form.
  4. Navigate to the competency section 
  5. Observe the section is collapsed and must be expanded to access rating fields.

Cause

Current system design in the Latest form experience: rating fields are not displayed when a section is collapsed and cannot be forced to show without expanding the section.

Resolution

This behavior is by design in the Latest form experience. The users must click to expand the section to view and edit ratings in the latest PM form experience.
