Rehire employee not shown in manage pending hires

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate a rehire via onboarding complete all steps.
2. Open Manage Pending Hires and search for the rehire.
3. Observe that the rehire is not listed, while the onboarding process shows status Ready to Hire & provided all necessary permissions to user.

User is already active in the system, active users do not appear in Manage Pending Hires.

Before MPH User is status is changed to 't'. because of previous new hire process status is still in open. this needs to be set to completed before rehiring match.
