3756892 - 360 form missing from rating history in manage talent intelligence hub

Symptom

Some of the 360 forms are missing from Rating history of Manage Talent Intelligence Hub.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub
  • SAP SuccessFactors Multi Rater form

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Manage Talent Intelligence Hub and open the Rating History section
  2. Attempt to select the expected 360 form template from the available 360 forms
  3. Observe that the template does not appear.

Cause

Known limitation of the product.

Resolution

  • Currently, template migration to the Rating History page upon enabling TIH is not supported.
  • This limitation has existed for some time and was unfortunately not identified earlier.
  • To clarify the current behavior:
    • Ratings from 360 Forms will sync to the TIH Rating History only for templates created after TIH has been enabled.
    • Ratings associated with existing templates prior to TIH enablement will not sync or migrate automatically.
  • Since resolving this would require an enhancement to the template migration process, we are unable to provide a short-term timeline.
  • If this enhancement is important for your organization, we encourage you to submit an Influence Idea, as customer feedback can help prioritize future development efforts.
