Symptom

• After a system restart, the application server does not start.

• R3trans -d returns error (0012) connect failed with DBLI_RC_LOAD_LIB_FAILED.

• The trans.log shows Invalid profile parameter dbms/type (or environment variable dbms_type) = .

• The message no connect possible: connect failed with DBLI_RC_LOAD_LIB_FAILED is displayed.
