3756935 - MRP area cannot be assigned in material master due to lock error

MRP area cannot be assigned in material master due to error : 
MD06/428 : The MRP area &1 cannot be used, because it is locked.

 SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to Material Master 
2. In MRP view 1, try to assign a MRP area.

The same MRP area is linked to a transport request which has not been released in customizing system. 

Go to customizing system to release the respective transport request then import it in the target system.
