3756943 - Unable to change Account Team details in Accounts

Symptom

User is unable to edit any fields in Account Team tab of Accounts.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in with the affected user.
  2. Go to the Customer work center.
  3. Open the Accounts work center view.
  4. Open any account.
  5. Navigate to the Account Team tab and try to change a team member.

Cause

Customer configuration needs to be checked.

Resolution

  1. Go to Business User.
  2. Open the affected user.
  3. Choose Edit Access Rights.
  4. Under Business Role Assignment, open each role.
  5. Navigate to Fields & Actions and look for Account Team.
  6. Change Account Team access from Read-only to Unrestricted.
  7. Save and test the change on the Account Team tab.
