Symptom
User is unable to edit any fields in Account Team tab of Accounts.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in with the affected user.
- Go to the Customer work center.
- Open the Accounts work center view.
- Open any account.
- Navigate to the Account Team tab and try to change a team member.
Cause
Customer configuration needs to be checked.
Resolution
- Go to Business User.
- Open the affected user.
- Choose Edit Access Rights.
- Under Business Role Assignment, open each role.
- Navigate to Fields & Actions and look for Account Team.
- Change Account Team access from Read-only to Unrestricted.
- Save and test the change on the Account Team tab.
