Edit, View History, and Insert actions are not available in multiple employee profile portlets (for example, Job Information, Employment Details, Personal Information, Home Address).

Issue is occurring in multiple scenarios:

• For Rehired Employees through Onboarding
• For Future dated hires
• For regular hires

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Role Based Permissions
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile- Latest People Profile
• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0

1. Navigate to the profile of a rehired employee through Onboarding.
2. Check portlets such as Job Information, Employment Details, Personal Information, and Home Address.
3. Observe that the Edit, View History, and Insert actions are missing on these portlets.
4. Compare with a non-rehired employee and observe that the actions are available.

2. Temporary workaround: for Job Information, use Take Action > Change Job and Compensation Info to apply updates.
