Edit, View History, and Insert actions are not available in employee profile portlets (for example, Job Information, Employment Details, Personal Information, Home Address).

Issue is occurs for Rehired Employees through Onboarding.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Role Based Permissions
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile- Latest People Profile
• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0

1. Navigate to the profile of a rehired employee through Onboarding.
2. Check portlets such as Job Information, Employment Details, Personal Information, and Home Address.
3. Observe that the Edit, View History, and Insert actions are missing on these portlets.
4. Compare with a non-rehired employee and observe that the actions are available.

Check if the affected user has any record in Manage Data > OnboardingInfo

1. The solution of this issue is currently under investigation. Please follow this KBA for updates.
2. Temporary workaround: for Job Information, use Take Action > Change Job and Compensation Info to apply updates.
