3756977 - API_MAINTENANCEORDER rejects PM Order release due to missing parts Popup

Symptom

  • Unable to automatically progress PM maintenance work orders from status CRTD to REL using the standard ReleaseMaintenanceOrder API when components have stock shortages. The order release is rejected silently, requiring manual intervention to force-release the order in transaction IW32.
