3756978 - Joule only gives general response

• A functional Joule only gives general information, such as: "I cannot directly ...".
• Integrating Joule with SAP Solution, and all configurations have been checked as per KBA 3679305 - Joule configuration checking when it cannot return the response of transactional or navigational capability prompts .
• Internal logs show error messages such as:
  • Failed to init Navigation Service API Client. Destination: NavigationService  
    Failed to retrieve destination: NavigationService for SUBSCRIBER strategy (error code: JCore - 5802, id: ... 
    Failed to retrieve destination: NavigationService for SUBSCRIBER strategy.
  • destinationForNavigationService is not available, return default empty property
    Failed to init Navigation Service API Client. Destination: NavigationService.
