3757007 - Incompatible internal classes error shown under Upgrade Readiness Checks tab for Scripts

Symptom

In SAP Cloud Integration tenant, when editing a Groovy Script or Java Script with imported classes, the following error is shown under Problems part > Upgrade Readiness Checks tab:

There are one or more incompatible internal classes [xxx] that are used in the script

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
