Popup message appears in stories: "Your story includes scripts. Re-saving it may enable the Lite Viewer and improve loading performance."

1. Open a unified story that contains scripting in view mode.
2. Observe the pop-up message: "Your story includes scripts. Re-saving it may enable the Lite Viewer and improve loading performance."

This is caused by a technical limitation for Stories created before 2025.13.

  When you open a story in view mode, the system checks whether the story is compatible with Lite Viewer. For stories that contain scripts, this check relies on a record of which script APIs the story uses. Stories
  created before version 2025.13 do not have this record, so the system cannot confirm compatibility. As a result, the story falls back to the full viewer and displays the pop-up message to notify you.

1. Open the affected story in Edit mode.
2. Save the story to generate the scripting API usage metadata (“usedAPI”).
3. Open the story again in View mode and verify the message no longer appears.
4. Repeat steps 1–3 for other affected stories. This is a one-time action per story to complete the metadata migration for Lite Viewer compatibility.
