3757023 - Target group based filtering for Worker fields disabled, but the manager names under Job Relationships filtered as per Target Population – 1H 2026

• When the option "Enable target group based filtering for Worker fields. If selected, the Worker type fields value dropdown list will based on the target group settings in role based permission. If not selected, all users will be available in the dropdown list." is disabled, all employees are expected to be available in worker-type fields.
• However, during Add/Edit of Job Information (Supervisor) or Job Relationships (Manager Name), only users within the logged-in user’s Target Population are displayed.
• When searching for users outside of the Target Population, the system returns "No data" or "There were no results", despite the feature being disabled.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Ensure that the option "Enable target group based filtering for Worker fields. If selected, the Worker type fields value dropdown list will based on the target group settings in role based permission. If not selected, all users will be available in the dropdown list." is disabled in Company System and Logo Settings.
2. Navigate to any Employee Profile where the logged-in user has permission to edit Job Relationships or Job Information (Supervisor).
3. Go to Job Data and choose Edit Job Relationships.
4. Select the effective date.
5. Click Add and select any Relationship Type.
6. In the Name field, search for a user outside of the logged-in user’s Target Population.
7. Observe that the system returns "There were no results" or "No data".
