3757035 - Custom Card with User Information Object Type is Not Visible for Onboardee in Employee Profile - 1H2026

• Custom card with object type user information is not visible on onboardee profile.
• Affected user's status is 'd' (inactive_external_suite) in Data Inspector.
• Card is visible for other users. 

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Access the instance.
2. Open the profile of an onboardee whose status is 'd'.
3. Navigate to the Personal Information section.
4. Observe that the custom user information card is missing.
5. Open an active employee’s profile and observe that the same card is visible there.
