Symptom
- Wanted to undeploy the existing SAP Analytics Cloud agent running on Apache Tomcat.
- Apache Tomcat cannot undeploy the contents successfully.
Environment
- SAP Analytics Cloud
- SAP SAC Agent
Resolution
- Stop tomcat server.
- Under the Apache Tomcat installation folder, delete \webapps\C4A_AGENT\ and any subfolders and files.
- Restart Tomcat
