3757058 - When Submitting New Zealand GST Report Form 101A, Error "enter all mandatory attributes of cloud edition API" occurs in Run Statutory Reports - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Error occurs when trying to submit or resubmit the reporting task “New Zealand GST report - Form 101A” in the Run Statutory Reports app.

Error message:

“Enter all mandatory attributes of cloud edition API.”

Message number: GCO_ECOM_MESSAGES002.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Run Statutory Reports app.
2. Select report category NZ_GST_DCL for a reporting entity and choose the task “New Zealand GST Report - Form 101A”.
3. Attempt to submit or resubmit a run.
4. Observe the error “Enter all mandatory attributes of cloud edition API.” (GCO_ECOM_MESSAGES002).

New Zealand GST reporting does not currently support electronic submission. Attempting to submit electronically triggers validation for cloud edition API attributes, leading to the error.

This is a standard system behavior. Please do not use electronic submit/resubmit for the New Zealand GST report (Form 101A), this behavior is by design as e-submission is not supported.

Generate the report output in Run Statutory Reports and complete the submission manually to the tax authority as described in the help documentation.  Goods and Services Tax (GST) Report | SAP Help Portal
