3757083 - PCC: Designer test payslip shows wrong period when checked in My Alerts

• In the Payroll Control Center (PCC) under Manage Configuration → Analytics Designer, a copied SBP RCA for the payslip based on current test payroll results shows the correct period only when the payroll control record is released for the current period.
• Without releasing the payroll control record, the test payslip displays period wrong period.
• No error messages or error codes are displayed.
