3757103 - Change bank key length does not work

For example, a Slovenian bank requires a 5‑digit bank key.
Accordingly, in the configuration activity "Set Country-Specific Checks" (ID: 102592), the bank key length for SI is set to 5 digits.
However, during creation, the error 'Bank Key & is longer than 02 characters' still appears.

1. Open the "Manage Banks - Master Data" app.
2. Create or edit a bank for country/region Slovenia using a 5-digit bank key.
3. Save and observe that AR103 error is raised.

In configuration activity "Set Country-Specific Checks", bank key type 1 is used. The bank number is then also used for the control data of the bank.

The Bank Number length is set to 2 with checking rule 5 (maximum length), so the 5‑digit key fails the 2‑digit constraint.

Change the bank number length in configuration activity "Set Country-Specific Checks" (ID: 102592).

• Settings for Bank Key Type 1 (Bank Key is equal to Bank Number)
  Since the Bank Number and Bank Key fields contain the same value, you must either set the same length and checking rule as for the Bank Number or leave the Length of Bank Key and Checking Rule fields empty.
• Settings for Bank Key Type 3 (Assigned internally, an ascending number)
  Since the Bank Key is assigned by the system, the values do not need to be checked. Therefore, the Length and Checking Rule fields can be left empty.
• Settings for Bank Key Type 4 (Assigned externally)
  If the SWIFT/BIC is used as the Bank Key, the Length 11 and the Checking Rule 1 must be set. If a combination of Bank Numbers and SWIFT/BICs is used, the Length is also 11, except the Bank Number is longer than 11. The checking rule is 1. Otherwise, the Length and Checking Rule are taken from the external key to be used, or the least restrictive values are to be set - Length 15, Checking Rule 1.
