3757104 - Anonymized offer approval to-do cards reappear on home page - Recruiting Management

• Offer approval tiles on the home page approval section display the candidate name as "Anonymized Anonymized".
• Selecting the affected tiles results in an error when trying to access the offer approval.
• Running the provisioning to-do migration job removes all to-do cards temporarily, but the anonymized offer approval tiles reappear after some time (for example, about two months).

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Open the home page and navigate to the approval section.
2. Observe offer approval tiles showing the candidate as "Anonymized Anonymized".
3. Click an affected tile; an error is shown and the offer cannot be opened.
4. If the provisioning to-do migration job is run, the tiles disappear temporarily but can reappear after a period.

Engineering team are working on the root cause and permanent fix for this issue.

In the meantime, please submit a ticket to Product Support team with a list of the Offer Detail IDs and Form Data IDs of affected offer approvals showing as To-Do Tiles so they can run a script and remove the stale data.
