3757240 - Compa Ratio Field is not Hidden by OnView Rule in Compensation Information in Latest People Profile - 1H2026

• An onView business rule on the Compensation Information (compInfo) HRIS element is configured to hide compa ratio field.
• The field remains visible in the “View All” page of the Compensation Information card in the Latest People Profile.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Create a business rule with scenario “Trigger onView Rules for HRIS Elements” and base object “Compensation Information model.”
2. Configure the rule to set the target field’s visibility to “Not Visible” under the required conditions.
3. Assign the rule to the HRIS element compInfo.
4. Open an employee’s profile in the Latest People Profile and navigate to the Compensation Information card.
5. Observe that the field stays visible when clicking on “View All.”
