3757270 - Passar rejects authorization ID for authority codes 101 and 102

When transmitting export declarations to Swiss Passar from SAP GTS, the declaration is rejected for restriction/authority codes:

• 101 - SECO Dual-Use Goods (Passar)
• 102 - SECO War Material (Passar)

The processing log may contain errors similar to:

"the provided authorization ID is not recognised. Please check the authorization ID or authorization type and resubmit."

The issue may occur even though:

• the restriction document exists in GTS
• the permit number is maintained
• the XML contains the restriction information
• generic authority codes such as 998 or 999 are accepted successfully
