3757282 - Permission error when accessing Employee Central Quick Action Template in Manage Data while proxying — SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Pop-up error when attempting to access 'Employee Central Quick Action Template' in Manage Data after proxying.
• Error Message: "You don’t have the necessary permissions to access this information.", "No Permission For EmployeeCentralQuickActionTemplate".

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Admin Tools (EC Core only)

1. Log in as a user who can proxy.
2. Proxy as a target admin user who has permission to manage Employee Central Quick Action Templates.
3. Go to Manage Data.
4. Select Employee Central Quick Action Template or try to create a new quick action template.
5. Observe the pop-up error: "You don’t have the necessary permissions to access this information."

• Proxy permission is not granted for the EmployeeCentralQuickActionTemplate object. When accessed via proxy, the system denies access (logged as "No proxy permission for EmployeeCentralQuickActionTemplate").
• Behavior identified from release 1H 2026 onward which is being investigated with Engineering Team.

• The issue will be fixed via patch 1H2026P9 which is scheduled on 16th June in Preview and 18th June in Production environments.
• Workaround: Log in directly with the target admin user (do not use proxy) to create or edit Employee Central Quick Action Templates.
