3757294 - Exporting KSB1 data to Microsoft Excel with a filter applied results in a blank Excel file.

Symptom

When running transaction KSB1 and applying a filter with the wildcard "XX" in the Cost Element column, the results show up as expected. However, once the KSB1 output is exported to Microsoft Excel, the spreadsheet ends up being empty.
