Symptom

  • An embedded application in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition is displayed but not interactive (buttons, dropdowns, inputs are disabled).
  • The embedded application is deployed to SAP BTP as stand-alone.
  • Content was embedded via key user adaptation (Embedding Content (Object Pages)).
  • Browser console shows: "Embedding blocked because the allowlist or the allowlist service is not configured correctly - sap/ui/security/FrameOptions".
  • Allowlist was maintained on the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition side using the Maintain Protection Allowlists app.
