3757323 - Finding the RANGE value information of records located in the OTHERs partition of a HANA table

The OTHERS partition on a RANGE partitioned HANA table is being consumed and growing near the 2 billion record threshold limit.
In this example, the EDID4 table already has 12 ranges existing based on the DOCNUM column with 1.9 billion records outside of the '0000000000000000' -> '0000000044000000' :
