3757334 - Cannot change document pricing procedure in custom sales document type - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

A custom sales document type is created, but the assigned document pricing procedure cannot be changed.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a custom sales document type in Sales configuration.
2. Open the configuration for the sales document type and navigate to pricing-related settings.
3. Attempt to change the Doc. Pricing Proc. field; the field is read-only and remains set to Y1.

Although custom sales document types can be created in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, the field "Doc. Pricing Proc." (Document Pricing Procedure) is not available for modification and is fixed to the standard value Y1.

As creating custom sales document types is a recently included functionality, it's available in a limited way, having its customization limited at the moment. For the responsible development team to understand the customer requirements, it's important to raise a feature request to showcase this business need.
