3757348 - SAML2 error: "Logon policy <policy> was not found in client <client>"

1. When accessing an ICF service, SAML SSO is successfully triggered with redirection to IDP. After logging on to IDP, during redirection back to ABAP, there's a logon screen or a "401 Unauthorized" error.
2. A Security Diagnostic Tool trace shows the error: “SAML20 SP (client <client>): Exception raised: SAML20 CX_SAML20_CORE: Logon policy <policy> was not found in client <client>.”
