Resolution
Note: The steps below are intended to help identify and resolve the issue. If the error is still present after working through the steps, follow Step 5 to gather some information and reach out to SAP Signavio Support for further assistance.
- Go to the Connections within the Process Data Pipeline.
- Find the relevant source connection and select Test Connection.
- If the test fails, the issue is likely with the connection configuration — continue to Step 3.
- If the test passes, skip to Step 4.
- Check the source connection configuration for the following common issues:
- Credentials that may have expired or been recently changed
- An RFC destination that has been updated or is no longer valid
- Any mandatory connection fields that are empty or incomplete
Once any issues have been corrected, re-run the connection test to confirm everything is working.
- Open the relevant source data entry and check that all required fields are filled in and correctly configured.
- If the error is still appearing after completing Steps 1–4, please gather the following and send it to SAP Signavio Support:
- A HAR browser log, which can be exported by following the instructions in SAP Note 3464682.
- A screenshot of the error details from your browser’s DevTools Network tab, taken while the error is visible on the Source Data tab.
